One big idea just isn’t enough. No reason to sit around waiting for one thing to go. Develop, develop, develop and of course, execute, execute, execute.

Addtionally if you have project in development and are just waiting, why not keep your momentum moving by fleshing out other ideas?

Welcome and thank you for you kind words and for following us on twitter. Your next move is to do whatever you can to get beyond the paper pitch stage…you want to have either a great pitch tape, or attach some sort of asset to your idea (meaning you get a person, a business, a celebrity, or a business to agree to let you try to sell a show with them attached.)

Hello Joke and Biagio,

I found your site from Chad Gervich’s site and I’m glad I did. Like the millions of others out there, I’m an aspiring screenwriter. I live in Sacramento at the moment. But I have an idea for a reality show and I’ve written our a full five-page treatment. So with that said, what would be your advice on what I should do next?
